How to Clean Registry
Step 2. Customize Scanning Process
Click "Customize Scan" and you will see many registry
sections such as COM & ActiveX entries, Windows
Autorun entries, Application Pathes, etc. are checked
by default. If needed, you can uncheck one or some
of them.

Step 3. Scan Registry
Click "Scan Your System" to start scanning and Free
Registry Cleaner will find errors or issues throughout
your registry.

Step 4. Fix Registry
When the scan is complete, you will see a list of
issues checked by default. If you don't want to
remove all the issues, uncheck some ones as you
need. Then click "Fix selected" to start fixing.
Or you can right click to fix the current/selected/all
registries and export the results to a text file.

Step 5. Start Conversion
To restore your registry from the backup file, click "Restore Changes" and in the popped up window, choose the file you want to restore and click "Restore".
