How to Manage Passwords

Step 2. Activate Site Login Editor

Click "Edit" tab and then click "Add a site" to activate the site editor.

Step 3. Edit Login Info

In "Site name/description" box, input the site name or description about the site and enter the site URL in "Site URL". To visit the site, click "Launch". After that, type your ID in "User name" and enter your website password in "Password". To create a password using password generator, click "Generate". Type information in "Notes" if needed and click "OK".

Step 4. Save the Archive


Click "Save archive..." to save the archive as a *.zip file.

Generate Passwords

Click "Tools" and then click "Generate a password..." to activate the password generator. You are provided with 4 kinds of characters: uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters. All of them are checked by default, you can uncheck one or more if needed. When you enter the characters in the below box, one or some of them will be contained in the password generated. You can specify the password length by adjusting the number in the box. Click "Generate a password" to get a password and click "Copy password to clipboard" to copy the password. To use the template, check "Use template".

Modify & Delete Archives

In "File" tab, click "Open" to choose an archive file. Switch to "Edit" and choose the archive you want to modify and then click "Modify a site" to edit its name, URL, user name, password, etc. To remove a site from the list, select it and click "Delete a site".

Create Desktop Shortcuts to Load Archives

In "File" tab, click "Open" to choose an archive file. Switch to "Tools" tab and choose an archive file you want to create a shortcut. Click "Create desktop shortcut for this archive" and enter the shortcut name, then click "OK".

Add Passwords to Archives for Protection

In "File" tab, click "Open" to choose an archive file. Click "New archive password..." and in the popped up window, type and retype the password and then click "OK".

Import Logins from Another Archive

In "File" tab, click "Import..." to choose an archive you want to import. Click "Add" or "Add All" to import one or all the items in "Items to copy" box. To move all the items or one item, click "Remove All" or "Remove". Click "Save" to save the items in a new archive.
